Artist Al Jaffee To Speak At Comic Arts In Williamsburg!

Like comics? Like art? Comic Arts Brooklyn is coming to Williamsburg in a couple of days.

Comic Arts Brooklyn is an annual event that give fans of comics and cartoon art the opportunity to meet famed comic artists, discuss their work and purchase their books. With over 100 exhibitors this year including Josh Bayer, Charles Burns, Roz Chast and famed comic artist Al Jaffee, will be the honorary guest speaker. Jaffee is prepared to discuss his work and talk in depth about the unique world of comics.

Comic Arts is a two day event; Friday, November 7th and Saturday, November 8th. The main exhibition will take place at Our lady of Mount Carmel Church on North 8th from 11:00am-7:00pm and on Sunday Al Jaffee will speak at the Wythe Hotel on 80 Wythe Ave.
