West coast NBA player, J.J. Redick, is headed across country to Brooklyn.
The LA Clippers shooting guard is in contract to buy a $4.25 million duplex penthouse in Dumbo at 51 Jay Street, the NY Post reports.
The location that is currently a warehouse, is scheduled to be converted into a residential space with 74 luxury condos and penthouses. Building amenities will includes 24-hour concierge, a children’s playroom, a pet washing and grooming center, a gym with a yoga room, a resident’s lounge, a roof terrace, storage center and a landscaped central courtyard.
