The LA Clippers shooting guard is in contract to buy a $4.25 million duplex penthouse in Dumbo at 51 Jay Street, the NY Post reports.
The location that is currently a warehouse, is scheduled to be converted into a residential space with 74 luxury condos and penthouses.
