Hello Brooklyn! Last Thursday, Thaddeus Young became the newest member of the Brooklyn Nets.

Welcome To The Brooklyn Nets Thaddeus Young

The newbie would make his Nets debut, via a Kevin Garnett trade, in Los Angeles against the Lakers while donning the number 30. During the Lakers game, Young debuted as a power forward and helped the Nets win their first game since February 6th against the New York Knicks.

Young who scored 8 points on 50% shooting in the win had this to say before the game, “I think we have a lot of good players and we can make a run and potentially get into the playoffs. We just have to go out there and play and I hope me coming in here to this team I can help this team get back there.”

Many men are like to talk cute-n-tiny.com levitra price about sex but it is a basic physical need of human which everybody should understand.
Young is 26 years old at 6ft, 8′; providing scoring and rebounding in more way than Garnett currently has. His defense is also up to par.  Coach Lionel Hollins told the media that he liked what he saw in Young earlier in his career, especially the way he defended Zach Randolph. Young was also a favorite of Nets General manager Billy King, having drafted him 8 years ago in Philadelphia. Although he is just one player, he substantially changes the style of play the Nets use.

Because Garnett is gone, the Nets are left with Jerome Jordan, Mason Plumlee, and Brook Lopez as bigs. Hollins will now have to use a “small ball” system to use all of the players effectively. Mason Plumlee who was in between a center and power forward will now operate mainly as a center along side Lopez and Jordan. This small ball system is similar to the one Jason Kidd used last year which got the Nets into the 2nd round of the playoffs.

The Nets will become Young’s 3rd NBA team with the hopes of him sticking around after this season. Young has a player option he can opt into or out for next season. Billy King has mentioned multiple times that he has every intention of keeping Young past this season. Young will make roughly $9.5 million this year, which is about $2.5 million less than Garnett. What this does for the Nets organization is save it about $7.5 million this season when the luxury tax repeater is factored in. Young his advantages everywhere and we may see him finally flourish as a member of the Brooklyn Nets.
