New movie alert! According to The Hollywood Reporter, Walt Disney Pictures is set to start filming a new live-action comedy titled Brooklyn Family Robinson. The movie arrives from an original idea of the Oscar nominated screen co-writer of Finding Nemo, David Reynolds.

Although plot details are very scarce to protect the projects surprises, the movie is said to be about a family who moves his family from New York City (probably Brooklyn, why else would they use that name) to a tropical island.

Steve Carell is set to headline the movie as well as produce it with his team, Carousel Productions.
