Brooklyn the home of some of the most authentic Hip Hop. You have your greats like Jay Z, Fabolous, Foxy Brown, B.I.G., Lil’ Kim, Mos Def just to name a few. My version of authentic Hip Hop is when you can just hear a great beat and automatically put together a group of words that just flow and hit someone to their core! According to Urban Dictionary  a cypher is a freestyle where an artist raps one after the other continuously until the last artist is presented.

While authentic Hip Hop has managed to get slightly watered down, some young underground artist still continue to hold true to what Real Hip Hop is all about. In this “Best of Brooklyn Cypher 2014” some lyricists come together and put down for Brooklyn. While there are some I would have added these guys are pretty hot! With a lineup that includes names like Franco Vegas, Radamiz, Young Star, Madwiz, King Critical and my personal favorite on here Ioan Delice.
