Yesterday, Brooklyn Nets staff and player Darius Morris, together with NBA Cares and Learn Fresh, hosted the first-ever All-Star edition of the NBA Math Hoops tournament series at the Madison Square Boys and Girls Club’s Navy Yard Clubhouse in Brooklyn. NBA Math Hoops is a fast-paced basketball board game and mobile app that allows students to learn fundamental math skills through direct engagement with the real statistics of their favorite NBA and WNBA players. 

Nets Host All-Star Edition Of The NBA Math Hoops Tournament

Thirty-two students from the New York metropolitan area competed in the bracket-style tournament on the Clubhouse’s Nets themed basketball court, donated by Barclays Center and Brooklyn Nets CEO Brett Yormark.  The top performing 16 NBA Math Hoops teams in NYC were selected for participation in this special event leading up to NBA All-Star 2015, where Friday and Saturday events will be held at Barclays Center.They also are not trying to impress their friends by having the most toys. ronaldgreenwaldmd.com cialis generika
