Matt Damon has had it with Los Angeles and is hell bent on getting into Brooklyn, one way or another.

The 45-year-old actor previously tried to enroll his daughters into Brooklyn’s most prestigious school, St Ann’s. The school located in Brooklyn Heights is one of the most exclusive private schools in New York City. So exclusive that Damon’s daughters were denied entry.

Despite not being able to get his children into the school, Damon is looking for a place to live in the borough and he’s not going cheap. According to the NY Post, Damon and his wife, Luciana Barroso have their eyes set on 3 Pierrepont Place—the most expensive home in Brooklyn.

The $40 million home, once owned by NYC mayor Seth Low,  features 17,500 square feet of space, 16 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, nine fireplaces and spectacular views of the harbor, Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Statue of Liberty, a gorgeous grand staircase with a central skylight and more than 9,000 square feet of garden and outdoor space.

Pretty damn major.
