Flatbush will never be that same, thanks to the newly restored Kings Theatre. Today, civic and community leaders celebrated the reopening of this Brooklyn landmark. Shuttered for nearly four decades, the architectural gem and former movie palace will serve as an economic engine for the Flatbush neighborhood and will present over 200 performances annually. And it all begins with the legendary Diana Ross in the sold out inaugural show on February 3rd.
