West coast NBA player, J.J. Redick, is headed across country to Brooklyn.
The location that is currently a warehouse, is scheduled to be converted into a residential space with 74 luxury condos and penthouses. Building amenities will includes 24-hour concierge, a children’s playroom, a pet washing and grooming center, a gym with a yoga room, a resident’s lounge, a roof terrace, storage center and a landscaped central courtyard.
The three bedroom, four bathroom penthouse, purchased by Redick, will include a number of high-end details like casement windows, oak herringbone floors, a large chef’s kitchen with marble slab countertops and Gaggenau appliances, and it’s own private terrace.
No word if Reddick is thinking about coming over to the Brooklyn Nets, but the Clipper’s player recently tweeted his excitement for the start of the 2016 NBA Playoffs. “As a basketball fan – I’m very excited for game 1 tonight! As a human though- I’m jealous and hope both teams lose.”
