Based on an earlier report from CrainsNY,  for the past 15 years, Junior’s rented a 20,000-square-foot site at 58-42 Maurice Avenue in Maspeth, but the lease is up and the building is being sold.  Though they wanted to stay in Queens,Alan Rosen, third-generation owner of the family owned restaurant stated “We can’t afford the real estate around here.”

Although New Jersey is a bit farther, their new facility has more than 100,000 square feet and includes more refrigeration and freezers.
