Did we think this was going to go the any other way? Early last month, I reported of a Bronx artist by the name of Dr. François De Cassagnol stated that he owns the trademark rights to the Brooklyn Nets team name. Welp, as foreseen, this case didn’t get to far.  Jay Z scored a legal victory in his $600 million trademark lawsuit this week when a judge ruled he’s not responsible for ignoring legal papers served by Dr. Francois De Cassagnol.

Last month, De Cassagnol asked the court to find Jay Z in default after he served the hip hop legend with legal papers at his 40/40 Club in New York City and received no response. How tacky! Looks like Dr. Francois and his many cases to try to sue the Brooklyn Nets team should just come to a stop. He seems determined but this doesn’t look to good for him. All he really has to do is stop supporting the team if he feels like he is owed something. Wait, that might not help him either.
Also, unless your doctor prescribes it, you should not take order cialis online djpaulkom.tv pill on their own or at least should consult doctor before using it.

Dr. Francois has 99 problems and the Brooklyn Nets are one. Time will tell what he does next.
