Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor will share the stage during a four-city press tour, beginning on Tuesday in Los Angeles with a stop in Brooklyn on Thursday.

On July 13, Barclays Center will host the press conference featuring Mayweather and McGregor. The conference, which will be open to the public, will be the only time the two fighters face off in person on the East Coast.

“We are thrilled to have been chosen as one of the host venues for the Mayweather vs. McGregor press tour,” said Brett Yormark, CEO of Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment. “The event kicks off a huge month for BROOKLYN BOXING that will see its expansion to Long Island and another world-class fight card in Brooklyn.”

This will be Mayweather’s first fight post retirement. The unbeaten champion of boxing (49-0), and McGregor, the active UFC champion will also make additional press stops in Toronto on Wednesday and London’s Wembley Stadium on Friday ahead of their fight to be held in Las Vegas.

Boxing returns to Barclays Center with its fourth fight card of the year on Saturday, July 29, with a Premier Boxing Champions showdown between four-division world champion Adrien “The Problem” Broner (33-2, 24 KOs), and three-division world champion Mikey Garcia (36-0, 30 KOs). The card also includes unbeaten former world champion Jermall Charlo (25-0, 19 KOs) facing Jorge Sebastian Heiland (29-4-2, 16 KOs) in a middleweight world title eliminator.

Tickets will be offered to fans on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to four per customer. Tickets will also be available at the American Express Box Office at Barclays Center starting Saturday, July 8 at noon (if tickets are still available). Guests MUST have a ticket to enter the venue.
