Today the BCOC along with NYC  Business Solutions and Good Help announced the creation of the Brooklyn Chamber Recruitment Services program. The program is set to provide recruitment services free of charge to businesses of all kinds, throughout the borough. Whether an existing business is expanding its operation or opening an additional location, or a new business is just beginning, Brooklyn Chamber Recruitment Services is prepared to match job seeker skills with the perfect job.

The program will offer different services, including aiding owners with advertising the positions, drafting job descriptions, identifying, screening and interviewing applicants, presenting the best candidates to the businesses for final consideration, and determining the right salary.

“The Brooklyn Chamber Recruitment Services program will be the premier, one-stop-shop for businesses looking to fill open jobs,” said Chamber President and CEO Carlo A. Scissura. “This will be a full-service recruitment program that won’t stop until the right person is placed with the right position. Not only will we be helping Brooklynites find jobs and Brooklyn businesses fill them, but we will also be saving owners both time and money by assisting them in making the best choice possible.”
