On Friday the Brooklyn Nets hosted the Boston Celtics. As we all know many of the previous Celtics players are now on the Nets, so it’s always a good time to see these two match up. This was also one of the many games that the Nets would wear their Brooklyn Dodgers inspired jerseys. The Nets went for their 11th straight home game win. Although most of the game was neck-to-neck the Nets came out with a victory. Final score 114-98.

To end the week with a bang Kid Cudi brought his “Cud Life Tour” and A$AP Rocky to Brooklyn. He came out in a futuristic space suit and stated to the crowd of fans “”I missed you motherfuckers something terrible.” Kid Cudi was hot enough to pack out all but the upper section of the Barclays Arena. That’s pretty amazing for the under dog rapper. The crowd was also treated to an appearance from Harlem-native A$AP Rocky for his verse on “Brothers.” The concert was full of color and original, thought provoking hip hop.
